Orlando
is known as the vacation capital of the world, but it’s a big place,
and choosing the right location for your holiday villa is very
important. Our villa is located at Indian Creek, a new and upmarket
development just off the main 192, and less than 4 miles from the
entrance to Disney World.
Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to the magic. Typical
driving time is between 5 and 10 minutes. |
A few miles further along you’ll find all the other attractions such as
Universal Studios, Seaworld etc.
It’s less than 30 from Orlando airport and in our holiday pack you will
find a map and clear instructions on how to get to the villa, It’s
quite
easy. |

The
Indian Creek location was carefully chosen from the numerous
developments in the Kissimmee area. As you might imagine we have paid a
premium to be this close to the action, but we think it’s worth it.
It’s a great location, a quiet oasis but near to everything. It means
that our guests can make
a genuinely short trip backwards and forwards to the parks. It’s also
very
handy for the many shops and restaurants which are close by. |
Be aware that far too many owners " very
optimistically" advertise
their villas as being "15 minutes from Disney" In some cases this might
just
be possible at 3am, or if you have the use of a helicopter, but in
reality
it will take you in excess of 30 minutes in typical driving conditions
from
many of the other communities. If you want to understand where Indian
Creek
is compared with other communities please ask us and we’ll give you an
honest
answer.
For golfers there are around 150 courses within an hours drive
including the brand new Greg Norman designed "Champions Gate" courses,
which are just a few miles south of our Villa. Why play in winter
rain when you can be playing in the Florida sun instead? |
